A site visit helps you test whether the project experience matches the brochure. Visit during daylight and, where possible, travel using the route you would normally take.
What to inspect at the site
- Approach road width and condition
- Internal road surface and drainage
- Plot corner stones and dimensions
- Street lights, water and EB provisions
- Neighbouring land use and signs of waterlogging
- Distance to important landmarks using actual travel time
